Minutes
Matter. The Department of Justice reported in 2002 that nearly
800,000 children are reported missing each year. That’s more than
2000 children per day. The faster the word gets out through law enforcement
and media alerts, the more likely a missing child will be found safely.*
“NCMEC urges parents or guardians to maintain
easily accessible, good-quality photographs of their children. SafeAssured
helps them accomplish this,” states Ernie Allen, President and CEO
of the National Center for Missing & Exploited
Children
